Description
Ideos is chewable tablet containing calcium and vitamin D. Each tablet contains 500mg calcium and 400iu vitamin D3. Ideos can be used to treat vitamin D or calcium deficiency, or in conditions such as osteoporosis where there is a risk of deficiency of vitamin D or calcium.
Ideos can be taken during pregnancy at the lower dose of one (1) tab per day. The usual dose is two (2) tablets per day.
However, your doctor may advice you to take less than this if necessary.
Chew the tablet completely before swallowing, then drink a glass of water.
